About the Role

This mission-critical leadership role is central to Equinix's AI-first transformation, responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption of digital and AI strategies and new ways of working. It requires a blend of transformation expertise, strategic thinking, executive influence, and hands-on execution to achieve measurable adoption and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise Digital Transformation, owning the change and adoption strategy.
  • Translate transformation goals into scalable plans that drive awareness, adoption, and behavior change.
  • Identify and mitigate organizational impacts, dependencies, and barriers to accelerate transformation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing priorities and decisions.
  • Drive Enablement and Capability Building by designing and leading role-based enablement programs.
  • Design and scale enablement experiences, content, and engagement channels.
  • Equip leaders and people managers to lead teams through change and model new ways of working.
  • Measure Adoption and Business Impact by establishing measurement frameworks and landing assurance practices.
  • Analyze adoption trends, sentiment, and engagement data to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Ensure initiatives are embedded and delivering value before scaling.
  • Activate Culture and Community by building and scaling a network of transformation champions.
  • Foster communities, recognition programs, and storytelling to reinforce behaviors and sustain momentum.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation, change, adoption, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale technology-enabled transformation programs from strategy through sustained adoption and measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven experience leading adoption, enablement, and behavioral change initiatives across complex organizations.
  • Strong executive presence with a track record of influencing senior leaders and driving decisions in global, matrixed environments.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, storytelling, and change leadership capabilities.
  • Experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide learning and enablement programs that drive measurable behavioral change.
