About the Role

Henley Enterprises, Inc., the largest franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, is seeking friendly, motivated team players and leaders. They offer an award-winning training program that can advance individuals from entry-level technician to service center manager. They welcome all backgrounds and experience levels, including recent high-school graduates, seasoned professionals, and veterans transitioning to civilian life.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
Achieve SuperPro certification.
Must have reliable transportation.
