About the Role
Join Checkr’s Marketing team to shape our partner marketing strategy and lead execution. This role will drive revenue growth via joint marketing efforts with existing and new partners in our ecosystem, requiring close collaboration with partner, marketing, and sales teams to implement campaign plans. The ideal candidate has solid experience in partner marketing programs and an intuitive understanding of demand generation and product marketing fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Create strategies to fuel growth across the partner ecosystem, inform partner prioritization and develop joint marketing plans to drive product sign-ups and revenue
- Own campaign execution together with partners (i.e. email, webinars, events, in-product activations, paid social, etc.) and identify the budget and resources required
- Craft compelling copy used in co-marketing programs in collaboration with partners, product marketing and content team
- Identify and pilot new initiatives with partners using marketing development funds to maximize pipeline and revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate partners into the Go-To-Market strategy and campaigns
- Measure performance and conduct analysis to assess and communicate the performance of co-marketing activities, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in partner marketing in the B2B SaaS space, preferably focused on SMB and Mid-Market segments
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful partner marketing programs and building win-win relationships with partners
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple projects
- Courage to take the initiative, pilot and evaluate new program types
- Deep understanding of the customer journey through and with a partners
- Experience in leveraging AI to optimize partner programs and strategy
- Cross-functional leadership and experience driving alignment across different teams
- Hands-on experience with GTM & digital marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.

- $167,000—$196,000 USD (San Francisco, CA)
- $141,000—$166,000 USD (Denver, CO)
