About the Role

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Systems Analyst to support our global sales organization through reliable systems, high-quality data, and efficient processes. This role administers and supports our revenue technology stack, primarily Salesforce, partnering with sales teams globally to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure tools enable effective work. You will maintain revenue system health, ensure data integrity, and provide operational support, contributing to technology stack enhancements for scalability and user experience.

Responsibilities

Identify potential process improvements in the tech stack and processes to ensure efficient workflows and optimize the rep experience.
Drive strong Salesforce data accuracy and pipeline integrity by creating and monitoring hygiene reports.
Assist in the development and maintenance of the rep reporting stack, ensuring sales has access to necessary data for territory, pipeline, and performance management.
Undertake ad-hoc projects to learn Salesforce administration and grow into a key administrator of the platform.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or other relevant field of study.
3-5 years' experience with Salesforce, including building and maintaining Salesforce dashboards and reports for sales performance analysis.
Experience providing Salesforce support to sales teams, including training and troubleshooting.
A proactive, service-oriented attitude focused on making Salesforce and the tech stack an effective tool for sales reps.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Willingness to work on-site 4 days a week in Berlin, Germany.
