About the Role

Blackstone Consulting, Inc. is seeking a customer service-driven individual with good people skills to work onsite at a global leader in innovation and technology. The ideal candidate is well-organized, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and direct guests to appropriate locations and personnel/contacts.
  • Maintain a detailed guest database.
  • Issue temporary badges when necessary.
  • Notify personnel of guest arrival.
  • Utilize company intranet, telecom networks, and computer and iOS-based systems.
  • Apply job skills and company policies to complete assigned tasks.
  • Work on semi-routine assignments, recognizing the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
  • Provide coverage in building lobbies during vacations, schedule changes, breaks, and lunches.
  • Monitor and maintain working area conditions and equipment for cleanliness, proper maintenance, and safety.
  • Strictly follow attendance policies.
  • Follow work attire guidelines.
  • Perform administrative duties including laminating, data entry, word processing, and tracking/managing inventory.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Excellent written, technical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional composure at all times.
  • Effective time management, multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to receive and provide feedback.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships.
  • Ability to influence others, handle conflict appropriately, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Flexibility with last-minute schedule changes.
  • Clean driving record (subject to DMV and Background Check).
  • Reliable transportation.
