About the Role
Oversee the operations of a unionized supported living environment, coach and mentor employees, and maintain high-quality service for our members. Ensure top-notch service delivery, spearhead timely reporting on all policy and legislative requirements, and manage performance, budget, compliance, and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements
- Degree or diploma in developmental sector study, social work, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience post graduate working with individuals with disabilities
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Driver’s license and own vehicle required
- Must maintain current, valid, and ongoing certifications in mandatory courses offered by VITA
