About the Role

RentSpree is reimagining the rental transaction with an AI-powered core to simplify rentals. We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to own a significant part of the product, from discovery to delivery, setting direction, prototyping ideas, and driving a cross-functional squad to measurable results. This role requires product taste, customer intuition, and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own outcomes on your product surface: translate direction into a roadmap and deliver against it.
  • Stay close to customers, talk to them directly and turn what you hear into testable hypotheses.
  • Prototype working demos to showcase and pressure-test your ideas.
  • Drive Engineering, Design, Data and cross-functional stakeholders toward shared goals.
  • Define success metrics, track them, and surface progress and risk early.
  • Your role may include other tasks, projects, and team support.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in product management, with demonstrated ownership of outcomes.
  • Decisiveness under ambiguity: synthesize, decide, and move with imperfect information, and course-correct fast when wrong.
  • Balanced judgment across signal: weigh qualitative and quantitative inputs together, and know when there is enough to act.
  • Strong communication and product taste with a clear instinct for what good looks like and the ability to tell the story of your bets.
  • Experience aligning cross-functional partners toward shared goals.
  • Own it end to end. Drive projects from idea to execution. Take pride in the work. Do what it takes.
  • Communicate like a teammate. Direct, candid, and respectful. Give feedback well, receive it well, and build trust through transparency.
  • Hold a high bar. Think critically. Stay curious. Keep looking for ways to do it better.
  • Stay adaptable. Anticipate challenges, take initiative, and bring resourcefulness to whatever comes next.
  • Experiment and learn fast. Try things. Learn from what doesn't work. Keep it simple.
  • Debate well, commit fully. Push back constructively, contribute your point of view, then align and move together.
  • Use AI tools to move faster and think sharper.
