About the Role

Peloton is seeking a Manager, Global Performance Creative Analytics & Experimentation to shape how creative drives subscriber growth across global performance and consideration channels. This role sits at the intersection of Data Science and Performance Creative, partnering closely with global Marketing stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an analytically rigorous professional with creative intuition, capable of designing clean testing frameworks and translating data into actionable insights to guide future testing and creative evolution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the yearly global performance creative learning agenda to uncover new business and brand opportunities.
  • Consult on messaging and visual hypotheses in Creative Strategy’s quarterly learning agenda based on performance analysis and insights.
  • Partner with Media Analytics, Media, and Creative Strategy to establish prioritization, methodology, execution, and roadmap of global performance creative experimentation, aligning creative testing with the media testing agenda.
  • Scope and execute customized creative incrementality tests, architecting future-ready measurement solutions integrating AI and advanced modeling.
  • Develop, maintain, and scale a proprietary "Creative Composite Score" framework to evaluate creative health.
  • Partner closely with internal data engineering teams and external agency partners to expand, enable, and enforce a granular creative metadata taxonomy.
  • Explore, vet, and integrate emerging AI tools and platform-native capabilities to automate creative asset evaluation and predictive performance modeling.
  • Connect creative performance signals across paid channels, lifecycle email, and landing pages to identify resonant messaging angles across the full funnel.
  • Modernize and elevate existing reporting frameworks to deliver more impactful, data-driven narratives and establish a consistent cadence for performance communication.
  • Maintain deep expertise across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and Pinterest, translating auction dynamics into actionable creative briefs.
  • Build analytical frameworks to determine the optimal mix, volume, and refresh cadence of creative assets across different channels, seasons, and global regions.
  • Develop and/or model an approach to test different combinations of message, creative, and funnel to identify what converts/engages the most.
  • Maintain strong documentation standards, creating and managing comprehensive records of test plans, methodologies, and results.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Creative Analytics, or Marketing Science, with a heavy emphasis on media measurement and creative performance evaluation.
  • Demonstrated experience blending rigorous statistical expertise with strong creative intuition.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience using statistical programming languages like Python or R for large-scale data analysis and modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation methodologies, causal inference, synthetic controls, matched market testing, and regression analysis.
  • Deep understanding of major digital advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, Pinterest) and how creative inputs influence platform delivery algorithms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill technical data science methodologies and complex platform dynamics into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing projects across multiple cross-functional stakeholders or global regions, with a proven ability to prioritize testing roadmaps and maintain clear documentation.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience.
