About the Role
Accurate Home Care is seeking a compassionate and organized Communication Care Center Specialist to join our team. This part-time role is the first point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers, providing quality customer service and support.
Responsibilities
- Operate telephone and software systems to assist callers by answering questions and routing them to the appropriate representative.
- Provide office support including data entry, medical records management, fax handling, transcription, scanning, completing form orders, and mail processing.
- Utilize professional verbal and written communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- One year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of home health care services.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology required.
- Fluent in the English language.
