About the Role

Responsible for sales initiatives and prescriber outreach. Assists in the training and development of subordinate staff, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. Relies on experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Visit doctor’s offices and other practices to educate them on Noble Health Services and our patient care programs and services
  • Develop a system to effectively and continually identify prospective new clients
  • Develop appropriate sales initiatives, including cold calls, direct mail, phone/internet contact, and office visits
  • Maintain and develop professional relationships with doctors and others in the health service professions
  • Provide communication, written and verbal, to Facility Management about service concerns and issues at the various customer locations
  • Maintain consistent follow-through on all reported customer concerns and report to management
  • Provide various customer service programs as requested (i.e. training, in-services)
  • Maintain an awareness of developments in the Pharmacy and Health Care Services fields that relate to job responsibilities and integrate them into own practice
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all patient information
  • Facilitate communication between professional staff and pharmacy personnel
  • Assist in meeting or exceeding budgetary sales guidelines and operating the pharmacy within said guidelines
  • Interface with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed
  • Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Daily travel required
  • Limited overnight travel required
  • Attendance at various business and management conferences may be required
  • Pass a drug test
  • Pass initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
  • Meet any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Education Level

  • BS preferred
