About the Role
You’ll play a vital role in supporting the site O&M contract and Repower program, ensuring smooth operations and efficient cost tracking. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, manage key performance reporting, and contribute to process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating data and information from various internal departments for invoicing and reporting
- Supporting contract administration and maintaining accurate project development information
- Analyzing, preparing, and presenting key performance information
- Coordinating funding actions, spend plans, and forecasting costs for various projects
- Compiling information to prepare cost estimates and proposals
- Processing management reports and performance indicators within specified timeframes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, administration, or finance, or a proven track record as an administrative assistant or office specialist
- Experience or understanding of Maximo (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
