About the Role
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in-home Physical Therapy services for pediatric patients. This role involves working closely with a supervising therapist to deliver high-quality Physical Therapy that helps children improve mobility, build strength, and gain independence. It is ideal for a PTA passionate about pediatric care and making a meaningful impact through one-on-one Physical Therapy in a home-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Physical Therapy interventions under the direction of a supervising therapist
- Implement established Physical Therapy treatment plans for pediatric patients
- Support children in improving mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence
- Assist with therapeutic exercises and activities that promote development and strength
- Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs and carryover
- Monitor and report patient progress to supervising therapist
- Coordinate care with the clinical team
- Document all Physical Therapy services in an electronic medical record system
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas)
- Current CPR certification
- At least 1+ year of pediatric or home health Physical Therapy experience (Preferred)
- Experience working with medically complex children (Preferred)
- Must submit a resume to be considered for this position

- $42,000 - $86,000
