About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to expand our network of partners and drive platform growth, contributing to our mission of financing a sustainable future.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the sustainable home solutions sector.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing agreements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and success.
• Consistently meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs.
• Represent GoodLeap professionally at industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Requirements

• Proven track record in business development, strategic sales, or partnership management.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, renewable energy, or home improvement industries is highly desirable.
• Demonstrable ability to drive business growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity tools.
• A genuine passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to positive environmental impact.
