About the Role
As a Shipping Associate, you are playing a vital role in supporting our Non‑Destructive Testing operations by ensuring that materials, components, and finished products flow efficiently through the supply chain. You are contributing to world‑class operational performance by maintaining accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory processes that directly impact customer satisfaction, production efficiency, and on time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Performing quality and accuracy checks on incoming and outgoing materials
- Completing documentation for shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions
- Receiving finished products and assemblies from production and preparing them for delivery
- Picking, packing, and labeling materials, components, and equipment for shipment
- Preparing kits for production orders and subcontracted supplier parts
- Conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Ensuring proper storage, preservation, and organization of materials
- Coordinating with internal teams to support production and customer delivery schedules
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or related work
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, correspondence, and shipping documents
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift 40–50 lbs
- Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment with cross‑training requirements
- Current work authorization in the country of employment

- Proficiency in software systems such as Outlook, SAP, and Microsoft Office
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
