About the Role
As a Creative Director, you will own the creative process from initial concept to final delivery. You will lead a multidisciplinary team on global campaigns, set high standards for work, and maintain creative integrity under pressure. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring active participation in craft, business development, and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all creative output from concept to delivery across idea, writing, design, film, online, and experience
- Provide clear direction to resolve complex project briefs
- Manage, hire, and direct a team of staff and freelance creatives
- Present work to clients and build trust to execute high-quality creative
- Represent the agency brand through press, industry events, and award juries
- Contribute to business development and winning new accounts
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience within the agency world
- Proven track record of producing high-quality, impactful creative work
- Deep understanding of agency-specific workflows, including managing multiple clients and fast-paced pitch cadences
- Strong cultural fluency and ability to identify emerging trends
- Demonstrated range across film, social, digital, and experiential mediums
- Exceptional presentation and client-facing skills
