About the Role
The Client Services Associate will manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts and content campaigns across multiple LabX Media Group brands. This role acts as an operational lead, managing timelines, tracking workflows, and ensuring timely project execution.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Lead onboarding outreach, manage the briefing process, run kick-off/status calls independently, and maintain clear "next steps".
- Oversee end-to-end project execution from client onboarding to campaign delivery.
- Track project timelines, dependencies, client approvals, and handoffs across Content Studio, Design, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Monitor project deliverables against contractual agreements.
- Enforce standard client review limits and manage protocols for delayed feedback, scope creep, or unresponsive accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align delivery timelines with commercial goals.
- Ensure smooth internal handoffs and participate in planning sessions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, or a related field) is required.
- 2–3 years of demonstrated experience in client services, project coordination, or campaign delivery within science/medical communications, or a STEM media environment is an asset.
Skills
- Experience managing multiple project timelines, files, and cross-departmental dependencies simultaneously.
- Ability to separate "action-required" workflows from general awareness updates.
- Confidence running client calls independently.
- Ability to manage professional feedback and represent the company as a clear, single voice of coordination.
- Quickly master LMG workflows and manage standard campaigns independently.
- Ensure campaigns move smoothly from Sales handover through production to marketing activation with zero tracking gaps.
- Ensure creative teams experience smooth handoffs and clear timelines.
- Strictly manage project scope.
- Escalate delayed client feedback early.
- Provide a friendly, structured, and professional client onboarding journey.
