About the Role

This manager-level position provides strategic partnership to the Electrophysiology Australia & New Zealand organization, developing data-driven talent strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent, shape culture, enhance employee experiences, and accelerate performance through leadership coaching and team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and diagnose talent needs of the business through strong business and analytical acumen and effective analysis.
  • Partner to develop talent strategy to attract, develop and retain talent, including robust succession planned talent and critical capability building.
  • Partner with business leaders to shape culture and employee engagement strategies guided by survey insights, employee sentiment, exit insights and predictive retention modelling.
  • Develop trusted partnerships and coaching relationships with leaders and talent to build leadership capabilities and enhance leader impact.
  • Partner on team effectiveness program options.
  • Drive career and development efforts across the organisation.
  • Execute organisational design efforts.
  • Partner and coach on effective internal communication.
  • Execute on ad-hoc HR projects and requests.
