About the Role
Tutor Doctor is seeking experienced math experts to provide one-on-one tutoring for 6th-12th grade students in San Francisco. We handle client matching, scheduling, and billing, allowing you to focus on high-level instruction.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one math tutoring for middle and high school students (grades 6-12).
- Read and interpret student assessment results to inform instruction.
- Apply targeted teaching strategies based on assessment reports and student needs.
- Deliver curriculum from Pre-Algebra through Calculus, Statistics, and beyond.
- Align instruction with school curriculum and individual student academic goals.
- Track progress and maintain proactive communication with families and our team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional math tutoring or teaching experience.
- Deep subject matter expertise, reliability, and effectiveness with adolescents.
