About the Role

P&G Canada is seeking a Regional Availability Expert to lead the execution of store and territory level availability strategies. This role focuses on improving in-stocks, open sales, and display compliance at Walmart stores to accelerate revenue for P&G Grooming and Oral Care.

Responsibilities

  • Understand P&G Grooming and Oral Care businesses, objectives, category, marketplace, and competitors.
  • Develop effective working relationships with the Regional Availability Manager to identify issues/opportunities and execute solutions.
  • Take ownership and prioritize stores within the allocated territory based on opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Department, Store, and Zone management to gain alignment and improve in-stock fundamentals.
  • Leverage the in-store acceleration tool kit with key decision makers and engage/train relevant contacts.
  • Capture and pass on feedback from store and regional managers.
  • Post in-store execution daily/weekly via Microsoft Teams/Engage.
  • Efficiently and economically plan all specified store visits.
  • Attend the annual team meeting.

Requirements

  • Currently located in or willing to self-relocate to the Edmonton area.
  • Valid driver's license and a suitable vehicle for business travel.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various physical conditions.
  • Must be able to spend approximately 30% of the day traveling to accounts in urban, rural, and expressway conditions.
  • Must be authorized to work in the location they apply to; sponsorship is not available.

Skills

  • Moderate working knowledge of tools and service needs.
  • Proficiency in using laptop and mobile technology (Microsoft Word, Excel).
