About the Role
Play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the Order to Cash (OTC) process. Focus on analyzing lifecycle processes to identify bottlenecks and operational risks, developing solutions that enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability for both internal teams and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current lifecycle processes to identify bottlenecks and operational risks, develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Ensure successful product launches by developing operational readiness plans aligned with Sales go-to-market strategies.
- Identify and address operational gaps during new product introductions and pilot programs to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage exceptions with limited fallout, create repeatable workflows for one-off problems, and track issues to identify automation opportunities.
- Develop parameters for OTC Elite Support, focusing on customer success and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure OTC processes meet both business and customer needs.
- Manage day-to-day contract and subscription operations, including resolving discrepancies and urgent issues related to onboarding and billing.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in CPQ, My Subscriptions, Artemis, Oracle, and SharePoint workflows.
- Build reporting packages for monthly delivery to Finance and business leaders, offering insights into subscription sales trends.
- Support manual subscription billing and respond to ad hoc requests from customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, SaaS, and/or OTC roles.
- Advanced user of MS Excel, proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience using ERP tools extensively.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
