About the Role
The Housekeeper is dedicated to maintaining a clean, polished, and welcoming environment throughout the community. This role is essential in delivering a consistently elevated, hotel-like environment for residents and guests.
Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of all common areas (lobby, hallways, elevators, amenity spaces, restrooms)
- Trash removal from common areas and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the building
- Monitoring high-traffic areas throughout the day to ensure consistent presentation
- Light detailing, such as glass cleaning, dusting, and floor care
- Supporting event setup and cleanup in amenity spaces as needed
- Coordinating with management for supply inventory and reporting any maintenance concerns observed during routine cleaning
Requirements
- Knowledge of general maintenance requirements (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
- Knowledge of state and local governmental safety requirements
- Knowledge of equipment associated with custodial trades
- Ability to interpret and complete verbal and/or written instructions proficiently
- Strong professional customer service skills
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Regularly required to stand and reach above shoulders with hands and arms
- Use hands and fingers to input data into systems
- Communicate effectively (talking and hearing) to gather and provide information
- Frequently required to sit for data entry and information processing

- Work is performed in a climate-controlled environment
- No regular exposure to adverse conditions such as dirt, dust, odors, extreme temperatures, machinery, or hazardous materials
