About the Role

Lead across the full employee lifecycle and experience, acting as a trusted partner to Senior Team and Managers. Manage end-to-end HR Operations and support the development of the employee experience, ensuring team members feel valued. Build effective relationships, provide pragmatic advice, and manage HR Operations including admin, payroll, compliance, policies, and employee relations. Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring company values are lived across all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with Senior Managers to provide HR guidance and support in employee relations, talent management, performance management, engagement, and change management.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle for UK and US teams, including contracts, onboarding, probation, salary reviews, and exits.
  • Manage recruitment processes to ensure a positive candidate experience and support managers in talent identification.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payment of employees.
  • Ensure people policies and processes are up-to-date, compliant, relevant, and reflective of company culture.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Shares Scheme Administrators on share scheme processing.
  • Update and track the People budget with Finance.
  • Manage HR Systems including HRIS, ATS, Payroll, and Compliance Training.
  • Manage Employee Relations (ER) processes, ensuring fairness and compliance with legislation.
  • Manage third-party relationships with providers like LinkedIn, EAP, and payroll services.
  • Oversee the annual Performance Review process, supporting managers with expectations, goals, and development plans.
  • Act as an advisor to support employees' journey and ensure they feel valued.
  • Partner with the US co-employment company to ensure effective HR support aligned with US employment practices.
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new team members, including HR induction and probation reviews.
  • Encourage managers to engage in team development and career planning.
  • Gather feedback from team members to shape people initiatives and improve employee experience.
  • Contribute to a communications plan that embeds company values and culture.
  • Stay informed about best-in-class HR practices and trends.
  • Provide general office and business support as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a HR Manager, Business Partner, or Generalist role.
  • Commercially minded with a hands-on approach.
  • Proven experience in a global business.
  • Ability to balance administrative tasks with strategic conversations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Excellent analytical skills for decision-making.
  • A great team player with a one-team mindset.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple projects alongside daily operational tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing external providers.
