About the Role

Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Taking orders accurately and relaying them properly
- Serving food and beverages to guests
- Checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing needs promptly
- Upselling products when appropriate
- Processing customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Completing side work, clearing tables, and performing general cleaning tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server, bartender, waitstaff, or in a relevant role
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Ability to handle stress
- Constant standing and walking
- Constant stooping, bending, and crouching
- Constant reaching at or below shoulder level
- Constant gross and fine manipulation using both hands
- Frequent pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs
- Frequent reaching above shoulder level
- Frequent use of computer hardware
- Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling greater than 50lbs with assistance
