About the Role

We are seeking a curious and driven Program Architect to join our team. This role involves close collaboration with our internal program team, supporting a range of responsibilities and projects including AI transformation, workforce enablement, operational efficiency, and organizational change based on partner needs. We are looking for early-career consultants with strong growth potential, emphasizing a generalist approach and future leadership development.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end program delivery, including research, analysis, hypothesis testing, and synthesis.
  • Build models, frameworks, and analyses to support partner recommendations.
  • Design and create partner workshops and co-working sessions.
  • Assist in designing AI solutions for internal needs and for partners.
  • Facilitate workshops, contributing to flow, structure, and energy.
  • Prepare partner-ready materials such as decks, reports, and memos.
  • Participate in partner meetings and workshops, taking an increasingly active role.
  • Work across diverse sectors and problem types.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives like proposals and knowledge-building.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or a fast-paced analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Solid business acumen and consultative approach.
  • Ability to create clear, partner-ready workshop materials.
  • Experience with or strong interest in developing workshop facilitation skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-changing scope of work.
  • A genuine generalist mindset, energized by variety.
  • Strong ambition for long-term development and growth into a senior role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Side projects or self-directed initiatives are a plus.
