About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead and develop a team, taking initiative to boost sales figures and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to develop your full potential, supporting an international company while having the freedom to try new solutions to increase sales and improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor teams to foster a customer-centric approach.
  • Implement established retail processes and seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the flawless execution of core retail operational processes, including inventory and P&L.
  • Communicate performance measurements and demonstrate understanding of KPIs to enhance store results.
  • Maintain a pristine store appearance in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

  • Love direct customer contact and finding the perfect product for customers.
  • Be resilient and act independently in a demanding retail environment.
  • Know how to build a great team that shares your passion and vision.
  • Take pride in mentoring employees and supporting their development.
  • Have experience in all areas of store management, including budgeting, planning, retail operations, and merchandising.
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Be proficient with MS Office and various POS systems.
  • Be flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
