About the Role
Develop and implement training and certification programs, as well as learning formats for IT service partners to ensure excellent product and process knowledge, leading to a superior customer experience during product onboarding. Act as a liaison between IT service partners and internal teams to foster sustainable knowledge management. Utilize AI-driven technologies for operational efficiency and output scaling.
Responsibilities
- Conceive initial and ongoing training on products, technical requirements, onboarding processes, and tools, creating targeted materials and formats.
- Ensure IT service partners possess necessary know-how and know where to find relevant knowledge for successful onboarding.
- Develop a structured certification and re-certification system to establish reliable uniform quality standards.
- Generate reports on training success and knowledge gaps, derive actions, and continuously improve enablement programs based on partner feedback, product developments, and quality audits.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure IT service partners act as convinced brand ambassadors and delight customers.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Enablement.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in knowledge transfer.
- Didactic skills and experience with e-learning tools, LMS/training platforms.
- Experience in developing training programs.
- Process and quality-oriented work approach.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Experience in healthcare or eHealth.
- Experience in partner management.
- Certification in training/coaching (Train-the-Trainer, etc.).
