About the Role
Develop target-group-oriented technical customer documentation independently for different areas (user, service) and products (hardware, software). Write documentation according to current standards in German and English using XML-based authoring systems. Research independently based on technical knowledge, use development documents and product simulations, and conduct interviews with internal partners. Accompany the entire documentation process from research and information concept to publication and handover for translation. Implement defined information architectures and concepts reliably. Actively contribute to the further development of documentation products and finding new solutions. Work closely with colleagues in editorial teams and cross-functionally with developers, designers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
- Completed degree in technical communication, engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable field of study.
- Professional experience in technical communication and proficient use of documentation methods such as topic-based writing, single sourcing, and cross-media publishing in content management systems.
- Experience in complex project environments, documenting long-lasting products, and using version control and change management tools.
- Quick comprehension, strong technical interest, and willingness to independently familiarize yourself with complex topics.
- Very good analytical and abstract thinking skills.
- Very good German and English skills and confident command of technical terminology.
