About the Role

Join one of Canada’s top performing asset managers as a Proposal Analyst. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy learning about investment products, winning new business, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of an energetic, collaborative team focused on success.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete RFPs, RFIs, DDQs for all CC&L Financial Group affiliates by collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Draft new responses and recommend value-added enhancements to existing RFP responses.
• Maintain and administer an RFP response database, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of various reports and files to support the RFP process.
• Update and maintain various external investment and consultant databases, as needed.

Requirements

• Possess a Finance Degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in the investment industry.
• Have 2-4 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank, or trust company.
• Completion of relevant industry courses is an asset.
• Articulate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Work effectively with others to resolve complex issues.
• Be committed to contributing to and supporting a team of like-minded individuals.
• Be a sharp, ambitious, and enthusiastic person seeking to improve processes and implement creative solutions.
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
