About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete RFPs, RFIs, DDQs for all CC&L Financial Group affiliates by collaborating with subject matter experts.
- Draft new responses and recommend value-added enhancements to existing RFP responses.
- Maintain and administer an RFP response database, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of various reports and files to support the RFP process.
- Update and maintain various external investment and consultant databases, as needed.
Requirements
- Possess a Finance Degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in the investment industry.
- Have 2-4 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank, or trust company.
- Completion of relevant industry courses is an asset.
- Articulate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Work effectively with others to resolve complex issues.
- Be committed to contributing to and supporting a team of like-minded individuals.
- Be a sharp, ambitious, and enthusiastic person seeking to improve processes and implement creative solutions.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
