About the Role
This role involves supporting the day-to-day delivery of AV campaigns, leading planning and execution of video and audio campaigns, and collaborating with the AV Manager to meet client KPIs. You will build relationships with media owners and internal teams, negotiate placements, and maintain financial accuracy. The position offers an opportunity to grow expertise in a supportive, high-performing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day delivery of AV campaigns, ensuring smooth running across client accounts and consistent high-quality output
- Lead planning and execution of video and audio campaigns, with opportunities to contribute to TV buying
- Collaborate closely with the AV Manager to meet client KPIs, deadlines and audit requirements
- Build strong, trusted relationships with media owners, planners and internal teams
- Negotiate placements with sales houses to secure effective and high-performing media opportunities
- Maintain financial accuracy and lead on reporting processes, including PCA preparation and presentation
- Stay up to date with AV marketplace developments, sharing insights and opportunities with the wider team
Requirements
- Experience in AV planning and buying across platforms such as TV, video, audio or cinema
- Understanding of media market dynamics and audience behaviours
- Confidence working with buying tools and systems, alongside strong Excel capability
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and build client relationships
- Attention to detail and ownership of delivering accurate, high-quality work
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from and support team members
- Curiosity about the media landscape and motivation to keep developing your expertise
