About the Role

The Issuer / Receiver is responsible for ensuring all batches are created and issued using the correct router, routing steps and materials. The position is also responsible for sorting, binning and receiving those batches into stock upon manufacturing completion.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate daily with Planners, Production Supervisor’s, Leads and Management.
• Issue batches in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate router changes, inaccuracies and correction to Engineering and Item configuration for correction.
• Sort and repack plates as needed.
• Ensure that all material routers are received accurately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• All applicants must be eligible to work in the US without restriction to ITAR documentation and materials.
• Must be a US citizen, legal permanent resident, refugee, or asylum.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems and procedures (strongly preferred).
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software (preferred).
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
