About the Role
As an HR Manager/HR Operations, you will take operational responsibility for our HR processes, from contract management to the employee lifecycle. You will be the central point of contact for employees, external payroll, and internal stakeholders, ensuring our HR processes run smoothly, correctly, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and manage employment contracts, contract changes, and personnel files, ensuring all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Independently coordinate monthly collaboration with our external payroll, including preparing payroll-relevant data and clarifying queries.
- Operationally manage onboarding and offboarding, as well as performance cycles (check-ins, reviews) across all teams.
- Manage employee benefits and provide support to employees regarding benefits.
- Continuously maintain and develop HR systems (e.g., Personio), focusing on data quality and process integrity.
- Identify optimization potential in existing HR processes and actively drive the automation of recurring tasks, including with AI-supported tools.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on HR, Business Administration, or similar, plus 2-4 years of professional experience in HR Operations or a comparable operational HR role.
- Proficient use of tools such as Personio, Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Experience with contract management, personnel data maintenance, and collaboration with external payroll.
- Experience in operationally managing employee lifecycle processes (onboarding/offboarding, performance cycles) across multiple teams.
- Ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner, even with multiple parallel tasks and tight deadlines.
- Discretion and a trustworthy approach to handling sensitive personnel data.
