About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative in London, you will be a customer-facing ambassador for our brands, building strong relationships across a diverse range of On Trade outlets including pubs, bars, restaurants, and hotels. You will work closely with your team to grow distribution and drive sales through a right brand, right outlet approach. Managing your own territory and diary, you'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, develop customer partnerships, and deliver against sales and distribution targets.

Responsibilities

  • The role is customer facing and a field-based role.
  • You will spend your time visiting all types of On Trade outlets.
  • You will support the rest of your team to grow the distribution of our brands, working on a right brand right outlet principle.
  • You will be responsible for meeting your set objectives but also have the flexibility to identify opportunities and manage your own diary.

Requirements

  • Must live in London.
  • Must have a background in sales or demonstrate relationship building and brand expertise.
  • Must possess credibility and relationship-building skills to establish outstanding customer relationships.
  • Must have well-developed numeracy skills.
  • Must have good commercial acumen.
