About the Role
Develop best-in-class strategies and manage all Insights and Analysis activity for assigned clients. Manage and develop the team, serving as a point of escalation.
Responsibilities
- Manages a team of Managers, Executives and Analysts focused on reporting and visualisation
- Develops and launches new productised solutions with data visualisation components
- Markets productised solutions internally and externally
- Develops and implements standards for operational excellence
- Independently responds to RFPs and pitches new client work
- Manages the client relationship on large reporting and visualisation projects
- Ensures profitability of projects and adherence to commitments in SOWs
