About the Role
Knight Frank is seeking a proactive, commercially minded, and exceptionally organised Operations Coordinator for their Business Rates team at their Baker Street headquarters. This role requires significant operational and coordination experience to support senior stakeholders, drive operational excellence, and manage the day-to-day running of a high-performing service line.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support to senior leaders, including complex diary and email management.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, presentations, conference calls, and business activities.
- Prepare, format, and manage reports, presentations, correspondence, and client-facing documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical requirements.
- Act as an ambassador for the Business Rates Service Line.
- Support business planning activities and drive operational efficiency.
- Coordinate financial administration, including invoicing, debtor management, expense processing, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Lead the coordination of team meetings, action tracking, and key business activities.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and leaver processes.
- Support training compliance, performance review cycles, and professional development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate absence, CPD, and team records.
- Promote best practice and improve ways of working with colleagues across Knight Frank.
- Coordinate and continuously improve operational processes to support service delivery.
- Act as a key contact for audit, compliance, and information security requirements.
- Support data management and ensure accurate record maintenance across Knight Frank systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall team performance.
- Coordinate marketing and business development activities for the team.
- Support the production of pitches, presentations, capability statements, and client materials.
- Manage events from conception through to delivery, including invitations, logistics, communications, and attendee management.
- Partner with marketing and business development teams to maximise opportunities and team visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior operations, team coordination, or administrative role.
- Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders within a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Exceptional organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail, particularly when managing financial information and business processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, governance, and operational excellence.
- Experience within Business Rates, Property, Real Estate, or Professional Services is desirable.
- Previous involvement in process improvement, compliance, business planning, or project coordination activities is desirable.
