About the Role

We are looking for someone with vision who can design scalable Creator / Influencer strategies and relationships across the REPUBLIC Label Collective, remaining hands-on to understand platforms, challenge assumptions, test ideas, and execute when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead influencer, creator, and third-party creator strategy across REPUBLIC Collective labels, developing tailored campaign approaches.
  • Build comprehensive creator campaign plans that define KPIs, establish benchmarks, measure ROI, and optimize investment.
  • Monitor and analyze creator content performance, sound usage trends, and campaign analytics in real time.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with top-tier creators, influencers, creator management companies, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Serve as the primary creator strategy partner to Label Marketing and Digital teams.
  • Identify emerging creator trends, platforms, and content formats.
  • Develop best practices, reporting frameworks, and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Advertising, Brands, Content, CRM, D2C, Digital, and Insights teams.
  • Negotiate high level creator partnerships and oversee campaign execution with third-party agencies.
  • Present campaign strategies, insights, and post-campaign analysis to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator strategy, digital marketing, social media, or entertainment marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy and major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
  • Proficiency with social tracking platforms such as CreatorCore, Co-Brand etc.
  • Proven experience developing creator campaigns with measurable business outcomes and performance-driven KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data, ROI, CPMs, engagement metrics, and performance reporting.
  • Established relationships within the creator, influencer, and agency ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple artist campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, digital, advertising, and artist teams.
  • Passion for music, internet culture, emerging trends, and digital storytelling.
