About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio and actively manage its performance.
Responsibilities
- Implementation and monitoring of business plans (rentals, CapEx, budget, operational optimization)
- Analysis of performance, including risk and opportunity assessment
- Management of external property managers and leasing processes
- Planning and approval of CapEx measures
- Tracking of relevant KPIs (Occupancy, NOI, rental level, ESG, etc.)
- Cash flow forecasts, reporting, and investor presentations
- Support with valuations, hold/sell analyses, and transactions
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in Real Estate Asset Management, transactions, or portfolio analytics
- Sound knowledge of commercial leasing and financial modeling (Excel)
- Experience in managing external service providers
- Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
