About the Role

We are looking for a Risk Analyst – B2B to join our Risk Analytics team. This role involves mitigating risk in terms of affordability and solvency for B2B customers within a balanced risk decision environment. The team focuses on defining, developing, and monitoring our risk strategy in the B2B space, aligning with Riverty's vision to be the most human-centric FinTech.

Responsibilities

• Lead the redesign of B2B underwriting models, including scorecards, decision engines, rule sets, and rating methodologies.
• Continuously improve data analysis and business processes to support B2B product expansion in new countries.
• Build harmonized multi-country credit frameworks while adapting strategies to local market dynamics, regulations, and data availability.
• Establish best practices for ad-hoc & deep-dive analyses.
• Partner with Data Science to build and deploy next-generation ML-based credit models for B2B customers.
• Enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and risk KPIs to support leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with functions such as Risk Product, Fraud Risk Steering, Data Science, and Finance.

Requirements

• Significant experience in B2B risk analytics, ideally within BNPL, lending, payments, or fintech.
• Relevant experience in a credit risk management environment.
• Expertise in using programming languages (SQL / Python / R) for complex analytical tasks.
• Experience working in an international, agile, cross-functional environment.
• Embrace new technology and understand the potential of data and advanced analytics.
• Strategic thinker with vision and a strong operator.
• English language proficiency (mandatory).
• German or Dutch language proficiency is a plus.
