About the Role

As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager focusing on Sales and Marketing, you will support the Talent Attraction team in attracting top talent for diverse media brands. Together, we will further develop recruiting processes, utilize direct outreach, and find innovative ways to engage suitable candidates for our teams. Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process for various marketing companies.
Act as a sparring partner for hiring teams and develop sound, sustainable recruiting measures.
Support smooth processes and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Present your areas of responsibility at meetups, trade fairs, and recruiting events, and actively expand your candidate network.
Monitor successes with KPIs and reports, and derive optimizations for your recruiting strategy if necessary.

Requirements

You are familiar with the requirements of sales jobs and have initial recruiting experience.
You use ATS systems efficiently, utilize AI regularly, and understand interface dependencies.
With creative and analytical thinking, you actively shape decisions and share your perspectives openly.
You communicate clearly and enjoy working with many different stakeholders.
You have fluent German and English language skills.
