About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead the Bras N Things Liverpool store. This role involves building an inclusive, high-performing team, driving budgets and KPIs, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example to build an inclusive, high-performing team, while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences
- Create a strong customer-first environment where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service
- Coach and develop your team through regular on-the-spot feedback, support and ongoing capability building
- Execute visual merchandising in-store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement
- Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities clear to support smooth day-to-day running
Requirements
- This role may involve extended time on your feet and supporting stock handling as part of daily store activities.
