About the Role

Drive product marketing strategy, positioning, and activations to expand market reach and accelerate adoption of Moneris payments/commerce capabilities through channel and ecosystem integrations. Act as a liaison between product management, partners, and sales to ensure product resonance with external partners and alignment with market needs. Support product launches, empower partners with tools/programs, and enable sales teams with assets/content to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a product marketing roadmap.
  • Assess the competitive landscape and understand conditions impacting product/partner market fit.
  • Determine relevant insights via research to map unmet user needs and prioritize solutions that help partners succeed.
  • Drive marketing strategies including targeting/personas, segmentation, positioning, value propositions, key messaging, sales/partner enablement, and marketing channels across the partner journey.
  • Track and report on goals, measure performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Partnership teams to create holistic approaches to partner enablement, onboarding, and ongoing marketing support.
  • Apply strong project management skills to ensure execution of important program timelines are met.
  • Gain understanding of partner pain points by spearheading qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Translate marketing observations into relevant insights for product, partner, and sales teams.
  • Drive strategic alignment and accelerate key initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Build influential partnerships, shape priorities, and champion a high-performance, results-driven culture.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience.
  • At least 5 years demonstrated understanding of product marketing, partner marketing, or similar go-to-market positions.
  • Spearheaded go-to-market strategies for product launches.
  • Conducted user insight research.
