About the Role

Triple Cities Metal Finishing is seeking a Quality Sorter to maintain quality, safety, and productivity through a hands-on approach, focusing on sorting parts according to customer specifications, ensuring quality control, and maintaining an organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and sort parts as per instructions, ensuring proper categorization and preparation for packing.
• Accurately label sorted parts and maintain detailed records of sorted and rejected items.
• Inspect parts during the sorting process for adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all data is correctly logged.
• Assist with various administrative tasks.
• Coordinate and communicate with the Supervisor to address any issues found during inspection.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
• Relevant experience in metal finishing, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to read technical documents and blueprints.
• Ensure all products and parts meet stringent quality standards.
