About the Role
Charlie Oscar's Creator Studio is seeking a Senior Designer & Art Director to set the visual standard for all Studio output while remaining hands-on. This role involves shaping creative direction at a high level and producing exceptional creative work daily, collaborating with various teams to ensure strategic sharpness and commercial effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Own the visual quality and creative standard of all Creator Studio output.
- Art direct influencer shoots, creator productions, and content capture.
- Design and produce paid social creative across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Build agency-facing creative assets, including podcast content, industry reports, pitch decks, and sales collateral.
- Manage and mentor a team of editors, designers, and freelance creatives.
- Oversee Creator Studio resourcing, timelines, and delivery for multiple projects.
- Partner with Influencer, Paid Social, and Client Services teams to align creative strategy and commercial effectiveness.
- Present concepts and creative rationale internally and to clients.
Requirements
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual thinking across multiple formats.
- Experience creating for social-first platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and understanding performance metrics.
- Experience art directing shoots with creators, photographers, and production teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- A track record of managing creative projects from brief to delivery.
- Experience leading or mentoring a creative team.
- Experience with consumer brands in FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or luxury is a plus.
- Motion design and video editing skills are a plus.
- Background in influencer marketing, the creator economy, or performance marketing is a plus.
