About the Role

This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career in supply chain operations, with category/sub-category ownership of inbound operations reporting into the Supply Chain Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive and improve inbound supply chain operations to ensure timely ingredient delivery.
• Optimize inbound processes and identify cross-functional efficiencies.
• Innovate and transform the function through project delivery.
• Analyze internal data to generate ideas and provide recommendations.
• Minimize costs through effective planning and waste management.
• Supervise weekly ordering and forecasting processes, mitigating risks.
• Build and own relationships with external suppliers, managing costs and onboarding.
• Report on and manage supplier performance.
• Manage and monitor KPIs, balancing daily operations with strategic objectives.
• Prioritize tasks and delegate where appropriate.
• Work effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.
• Develop expertise and influence for supply chain operations across the business.
• Coach and guide team members to deliver optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in Supply Chain Operations, ideally in a similar industry.
• Resilient and able to operate well under pressure.
• Ability to think on your feet and find quick, efficient solutions.
• Self-starter with initiative and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to challenge the status-quo with new ideas.
• Confident decision-maker.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.

• Flexible to work weekends (approx. once every 6 weeks).
