About the Role
We Are Era is a European community economy company focused on community-driven relevance. We use data to understand what moves people and translate these insights into culturally relevant stories across platforms, formats, and markets. Our international team develops impactful and relevant stories tailored to communities across all platforms. We see ourselves as the shortest path to any community and subculture, with projects ranging from TV productions and fictional series to branded formats on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok. We support and guide creators in building their own personal brands.
Responsibilities
- Support the conception, planning, and execution of talent- and community-driven events with partners, relevant communities, and talents from our network.
- Research relevant communities, creators, partners, locations, and trends, and contribute ideas for new activations.
- Help design internal event formats for our teams, from cross-team events and after-work get-togethers to location-spanning employee activations.
- Actively participate in event logistics, including invitations, guest lists, schedules, materials, locations, and service providers, to turn ideas into real experiences.
- Support the communication accompanying our events, e.g., through content ideas, photo/video briefings, recaps, social media posts, and internal updates.
- Develop new social media formats for ERA's channels on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, and assist with idea generation, editorial planning, copywriting, and briefings.
- Support internal communication formats such as all-hands meetings and PR presentations, as well as with documentation, follow-ups, and simple reporting.

- Currently studying in communications, PR, marketing, event/cultural management, business/social sciences, or a comparable field of study.
- Think 'social first' with a good understanding of social media platforms, current trends, creators, communities, and platform-specific mechanics.
