About the Role
Join Alba Wheels Up International as a Customs Brokerage Coordinator to drive strategic initiatives, influence key decisions, and deliver measurable results. Our mission is to ensure customer compliance with US Customs Regulations while coordinating efficient, timely movement of freight and information.
Responsibilities
- Processing customs brokerage for air and ocean shipments
- Data entry and processing of various import related documentation for submission to U.S. Customs and PGA’s
- Follow up on Customs matters and resolve problems
- Answer both customer inquiries and inter-company inquiries
- Classify goods in the harmonized tariff schedule
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customs Brokerage for both air and ocean shipments
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be detailed oriented
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Customs Brokerage software, experience working with Cargowise is a plus
- Must be a team player
