Responsibilities

• Create a unique customer experience and foster lasting customer loyalty through authentic and personal customer service.
• Increase sales figures through continuous, active, and performance-oriented actions.
• Professionally implement company-wide image and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure efficient warehouse organization in accordance with internal processes and company guidelines.
• Continuously improve performance through regular participation in training, store meetings, and workshops.
• Reliably meet annual, seasonal, monthly, and weekly targets, considering relevant KPIs.
• Conduct employee training on product knowledge and customer service, and identify further training needs early on.

Requirements

• Communicative, with a positive demeanor, and able to motivate and develop your team with commitment.
• Experience working with KPIs.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Enthusiasm for fashion, knowledge of the industry, and current trends.
• Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
