About the Role

We Are Era is a European community economy company focused on community-driven relevance, translating data-driven insights into culturally relevant stories across platforms, formats, and markets. Our international team creates impactful and relevant stories for communities on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok, and supports creators in developing their personal brands.

Responsibilities

• Operate and coordinate complex pitch and new business processes.
• Serve as a central interface for cross-functional teams including Brand Partnerships, Creation, Strategy, and Production.
• Manage timings, workflows, alignment processes, and coordinate parallel pitch and campaign processes.
• Organize and maintain briefings, presentations, documents, communication channels, and appointments.
• Manage projects using Asana.
• Conduct recap, status, and alignment meetings.
• Coordinate freelancers and creators in collaboration with the Brand Partnership and Influencer Campaign Management Departments.
• Present organizational and process-related topics in internal and external meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an agency environment.
• Experience in agency pitch management and dynamic new business and campaign processes.
• Passion for social media, creative, and campaign processes.
• Experience in cross-functional management of complex projects.
• Strong consulting and presentation skills.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style.
• High level of reliability, flexibility, and quality standards.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), Teams, and Asana.
• Hands-on mentality and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent German and very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
