About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality housekeeping service that helps residents feel comfortable in their home
  • Keep bedrooms, communal areas and facilities clean, safe and welcoming
  • Work closely with colleagues to support residents’ daily wellbeing
  • Use care and attention to detail to make a positive difference to residents’ lives
  • Contribute to a supportive, friendly team environment

Requirements

  • A caring, enthusiastic and kind approach with a genuine interest in older people
  • Good teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues
  • Clear communication skills and a flexible approach to your work
  • Energy and commitment to making a positive impact each day
  • A focus on treating everyone with dignity and respect
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Must pass safeguarding and pre-employment checks, including criminal records and overseas police checks if needed
