About the Role
We are seeking a Process and Methods Specialist for Project Management to join LEAG Clean Power GmbH, focusing on Gas/H2ready power plant and battery projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop project management guidelines, standards, and processes.
- Redesign and optimize regulations by analyzing existing frameworks and adapting them to current conditions.
- Introduce and support methods, tools, and templates for project management.
- Ensure process compliance within projects.
- Support the digitalization of project management, including Power BI dashboards and AI-driven solutions.
- Assist project teams with risk management, including opportunities and risks.
Requirements
- Completed university degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable) or equivalent qualification with relevant project experience.
- Experience in project management or project steering, preferably in complex technical infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in project management methods (e.g., PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Power BI).
- Interest in a responsible role within a future-oriented, motivated, and collegial environment.
- High sense of responsibility and ability to handle challenges confidently, even under stress.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and team-oriented.
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1) and good English language skills (minimum B2).
- Proficient in M365 applications (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
