About the Role
As a BA student in Business Administration/Wholesale and Foreign Trade, you will gain comprehensive insight into all commercial processes within our company. You will support our customers through competent, solution-oriented consulting while rotating through key departments such as sales, order processing, accounting, purchasing, technology, e-commerce, marketing, and human resources.
Responsibilities
- Consult and support customers in a solution-oriented manner
- Rotate through departments including sales, order processing, accounting, purchasing, technology, e-commerce, marketing, and HR
- Obtain and compare offers based on type, nature, and quality
- Calculate offers and process complex cost accounting and payment transactions
- Manage the full cycle from sales and order processing to delivery
- Communicate with customers and suppliers
- Proactively contact potential customers and represent the product portfolio
- Support operational process organization and quality assurance
- Develop knowledge of dental-specific products
Requirements
- General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or specialized higher education entrance qualification (Fachabitur)
- Interest in mathematics, German, and economics/social studies
- Interest in commercial contexts and trade
- Strong communication skills and active listening abilities
